I am a Postdoctoral fellow at Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s working with Dr. Alex Bihlo in the broad area of scientific machine learning.
I am interested in mathematical foundations of artificial neural networks and applying them to solve scientific problems. I am interested in neural networks with architecture that incorporates mathematical structure specific to the use case. Some of the examples of such networks are Physics-informed neural networks, Group equivariant neural network, HNN, LNN, etc. I am also interested in making machine learning algorithms more interpretable and explainable. I have previously done research in Geometric group theory.
I live in the beautiful city of St. John’s in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada and I love dancing, biking, yoga, hiking, and reading.
